Weighing the benefits of leading a healthy diet over a crash diet I must confess that I have reasons to believe that a healthy diet with a daily dosage of honey is the sweet and more effective way of remaining healthy and one should avoid as far as possible the agony and the suffering of a crash diet as it does more damage than good.
